A Descriptive Geography and Brief Historical Sketch of Palestine is a translation of the Hebrew original, Tevuos HaAretz, by Rabbi Yoseph Schwartz, who traveled and settled in Israel, in the mid 1800s. This book deals with the borders of Israel, its topography, the division of the land into the sections of the tribes, the genealogy of the people, geographical names in the Tanach, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. It also includes chapters on the flora and fauna, climate, and the earthquakes of the country and a section about the History of Eretz Yisrael after the destruction of the Second Temple. This is the first edition of the work, translated by Rabbi Isaac Lesser.

The Faith of Israel is a philosophical work written in English in defense of Judaism, by Rabbi Tobias Goodman who was a Rav in London at the beginning of the 19th century. He is famous for being the first Rabbi in England who delivered sermons in English in a Synagogue. This sefer is the first of its kind, and was written to protect Judaism among Jews from Christians and Reformists. This is the first and only edition of this sefer. It was privately published by the author on the money donated to him by the great Moses Montefiore, to whom a letter of thanks is printed in the front of the book.
