    • Location

    "House 57" is located on the slope of a hill in a beautiful and quiet residential area of private homes opposite "Ammunition Hill" memorial site, above the Ramat Eshkol shopping center near a synagouge. "House 57" is within walking distance from Mount Scopus, Hebrew University, Hadassah Hospital and Har Hozvim industrial park and within ten minutes ride from downtown Jerusalem and the Old City of Jerusalem. Near "House 57" are many bus lines connecting all parts of town.

    Facilities

  • There are four suites and five guest rooms in two adjacent buildings.
  • Every room has a private bathroom and a cable TV.
  • In each building, guests have free access to a common area providing a dining room and comfortable fully-equipped kitchen containing refrigerator, micro- wave , gas stove, dishes, pots, pans and cutlery. Complimentary coffee, tea and suger are available to guests use.
  • Five guest rooms are air conditioned while all the others have fans.
  • Daily cleaning of rooms is provided.
  • All linens are provided (sheets, blankets, and towels)
  • Optional washing facilities.
  • Ample free parking available.
  • A full Israeli breakfast is served on the garden terrace.
  • A wireless internet is available for guests use.
  • Maximum occupancy is 30 guests.

    Single Guest Occupancy - 230 NIS

    Double Guests Occupancy - 330 NIS 100 NIS for additional person in room)

    • Children: Age 0 - 2 free; Age 2 - 10 50NIS; Age 10+ full price.
    • Group rates: Min. 16 guests - 120 NIS per guest.
    • Shabbat rate: additional US 50 NIS (until the end of Shabbat).
    • High Season (Holidays, July and August)


    • Prices are valid for regular season.
    • High Season: add 30 NIS to regular season prices.
    • Prices are in NIS and includes the VAT (15.5%). Tourists do not pay VAT while using foreign currency

      Prices include full Israeli breakfast and service charges.

      Terms of payment:

    • 30% down payment upon reservation, totally refundable until 3 weeks prior to the date of the reservation.
    • Checks are not accepted.
    • Additional charge of 4% for payments of the total charge by credit card.
    • 15.5% VAT on all Shekel payments.
    • 10% reduction for 10 days stay or longer.
    • 15% reduction for 20 days stay or longer.
